SHIPPING COSTS ( Poland )
1. The Seller sends goods purchased for the payment on delivery of goods or the payment by the Customer's prepayment to the Seller's bank account. Payment on delivery is possible only in Poland
2. Shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.
3. The delivery time takes up to 5 days. If the order was made prior to the day off from work or on holiday (Saturday, Sunday, holidays), the time is longer by a number of days of public holidays. If the order was made after 12.00, shipping time is longer by about 12 hours.
4. The Customer has also right to choose payment method.
5. Order shipping conditions with courier ( Poland ):
- Cost of insured shipment via GLS , weighing up to 32 kg is 10,99PLN for prepayment, or 11,99 PLN for payment on delivery.
- The Seller takes full responsibility for shipping by courier.
- In the absence of a Customer, the courier leaves advice with information when and where to pick up the package. Advised delivery is made free of charge. Any next attempt to serve the package is paid. These costs shall be paid by the Customer. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to the Sellers' store. The re-delivery of goods will be possible after payment of costs arising from the refund.
6. Orders shipping conditions via personal collection:
- For personal collection are not added additional charges.
- Seller provides a personal collection of goods at its premises from Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 17.00 (by prior arrangement).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
We choose the most favourable way of dispatch for your delivery. Of course we deliver your orders at your home address. Should the carrier not be able to deliver the goods, we will inform you in writing. You then have the choice to either have the goods delivered again or to pick up the goods at a depositary near your home address. If not avoidable, we reserve the right of effecting partial deliveries.
We insure all parcels up to a value of 2500,- €, since the risk of transport passes over to the buyer once the goods are handed out to the carrier. This service is free of charge for our customers. Please consider that customs' fees and import purchases taxes will be charged when the goods are exported to non-eu-countrys and we do not know how much this will cost you. The customs authorities in charge will be able to inform you about these charges

2. Foreign shipments are delivered in 1 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Seller sends a shipment to European Union countries such as Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, England, Finland, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal. International equipment is sent up to weight of 32 kg. With foreign shipments it is not possible to pay the courier upon receipt.
COMPLAINTS
1. Costs of shipping goods free from defects is covered by the Seller.
2. The condition for considering complaint by the Seller is to attach to the complaint a copy of proof of purchase.
3. In the case of an unjustified complaint, or damage by the fault of the user, all costs are paid by the Customer.

Right to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel , you must inform us

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Should the delivery of the ordered goods from us to you be free of charge due to the threshold of your order, the following applies: Where you exercise your legal right to cancel only for a part of your goods leading to the situation where the goods remaining with you would not reach the threshold for free delivery, you will have to bear the cost of sending the goods to you up to the amount which would have occurred if you had ordered only the goods that are then remaining with you. The same applies, if the delivery of goods from us to you was free of cost due to the fact that it included an articled which was marked as “free delivery” and you exercised your legal right to cancel only for parts of the order including the article marked as “free delivery”.
You shall send back goods that can normally be returned by post or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned by post will be collected by us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
1. The Customer has a right to return the ordered goods without giving reasons within 14 days.
2. In matters not covered in the present rules shall apply the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.

of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post, phone or e-mail).
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery , without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
