Designed for demanding users who value reliability, low weight, and a custom design, the wheelset is tubeless-ready compatible. The wheels feature DT Swiss tubeless-ready tape. The wheels are equipped with DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs, synonymous with durability and reliability. The front hub features two sealed bearings. The rear hub features four sealed bearings and an EXP ratchet system, ensuring excellent freewheel operation. Servicing the rear hub is very simple, requiring no tools. We used DT Swiss RR511 rims for the wheels. This is a very robust model with an 18mm internal width and a 23mm rim height. It has all the necessary features of a lightweight rim suitable for both road and cyclocross bikes. They are ideal for training wheels, mountain bikes, and races. The hubs are connected to the rims by spokes and nipples. We uncompromisingly used Sapim Sprint spokes. The spokes are butted 2.0-1.7-2.0. Sapim Alu Black Slock nipples guarantee a smooth ride. They are very lightweight and precisely manufactured. The surfaces on which the truing wrench operates are CNC-machined, not forged. This translates into a more secure fit of the wrench on the nipple, minimizing possible slippage and thus reducing the risk of nipple damage.
